Role Overview

As a Global Internal Auditor at Chiesi Group, you will play a crucial role in providing assurance to the Governance Bodies and senior management regarding the adequacy of the Internal Control and Risk Management System.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the lead auditor in the preparatory phase of compliance/operational audits, including defining the audit scope and risk control matrix.
  • Participate in the test of design phase of audits, conducting interviews with auditees and implementing issue logs.
  • Support the test of execution phase of audits, performing tests and implementing issue logs.
  • Contribute to the elaboration of the final rating and reporting.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Management Engineering.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, goal orientation, planning and organizational skills, proactiveness, and team working abilities.
