Head of Maintenance

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Maintenance to join our team at Falkensteiner Hotel & Spa Jesolo. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's technical systems and facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage the budget for technical parts and materials
  • Monitor and maintain accurate records of technical conditions at the hotel
  • Lead the Building Services Department and coordinate with external contractors
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and servicing of the entire hotel
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and fire protection protocols
  • Coordinate daily maintenance tasks with Reception and Housekeeping
Requirements:
  • Several years of experience in a comparable position in the building services sector
  • Completed vocational training in facility management or a related field
  • Fluent English skills; German language is desirable
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Experience with building maintenance and repairs
  • Strong service and quality orientation
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
