Key Requirements:
- Technical diploma in Electronics / Telecommunications / Mechanics with a minimum of 10 years of relevant professional experience.
- Master's degree in Engineering with a focus on Electronics / Telecommunications / Mechanics / Aerospace and at least 5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Designing and delivering technical training courses on complex electromechanical systems.
- Conducting both theoretical and practical training sessions in English for Console Operators and Electronic/ Electromechanical Maintenance personnel of complex systems.
- Creating and developing training materials and aids for Console Operators and Electronic/Electromechanical Maintenance personnel.
- Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support elements of complex systems.
- Understanding of the operational domain and maintenance issues related to complex systems comparable to missile command and control systems, as well as Ground/ Naval Launch platforms.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Acting as an instructor for Tactical/Console Operator courses and Electronic/Electromechanical Maintenance courses for product families including Command and Control Systems, Launch Systems, and Test Equipment.
- Designing training solutions and identifying training service requirements while adhering to business objectives (Quality/Time/Cost).
- Gaining knowledge and developing operational and maintenance skills on the product family by participating in technical project activities and reviewing technical product documentation.
- Collaborating closely with internal entities (Product Design Authority, Project Team, ILS Manager, Technical Documentation, Technical Support) to gather and organize information and enhance technical skills for effective training delivery.
- Managing and acquiring technical training from suppliers responsible for the development of subassemblies or the entire product.
- Drafting and supporting the harmonization of training aids for the product family.
- Delivering training to end customers independently or with the support of qualified technical personnel.
- Managing direct relationships with the end-user of the product.
- Participating in periodic program progress meetings and organizing regular technical/programmatic reviews with suppliers.
- Assisting the CSS Product Training Manager in developing service/solution offers for technical product training for both new development contracts and post-sale services.
- Knowledge of complex electronic and electromechanical systems and their operational and maintenance aspects.
- Proactive approach, ability to engage with domestic/export clients, and work effectively in teams.
- Analytical mindset, strong communication skills (both verbal and written), and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel for medium/long-term assignments in international and multicultural environments.
- Proficiency in Office applications, particularly in software for creating educational aids such as presentations with animations, functional diagrams, and illustrations based on electrical/hydraulic schematics.
- Preferred experience in extended training activities for end clients in international contexts and non-European countries.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
