Adecco Financial Services, a leading provider of financial services, is seeking a highly skilled Junior Regulatory Reporting Specialist to join our team in Milan. As a key member of our financial reporting team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and regulatory submissions to the Bank of Italy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit financial reports and regulatory submissions to the Bank of Italy, including monthly risk reports and associated documents.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports, including the preparation of financial statements and other regulatory reports.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure the alignment of financial systems and processes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including the Bank of Italy and other regulatory bodies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or a related field.
- Previous experience in financial reporting, regulatory compliance, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
