Job Description

As a senior professional in project management, you will be responsible for overseeing maintenance projects and contracts, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives. Your key activities will include:

Main Responsibilities
  • Guarantee customer satisfaction through effective project management.
  • Manage penalties and claims in a timely and professional manner.
  • Obtain contract variants and ensure technical and administrative closure.
  • Perform and manage project risk analysis to minimize potential issues.
  • Monitor project achievements and adherence to budgets, taking corrective actions as needed.
  • Clarify customer objectives and requirements, ensuring project specifications align with bid documentation and customer orders.
  • Coordinate overall project planning, allocating resources effectively and monitoring work progress.
  • Organize project meetings and ensure clear communication with customers and stakeholders.
  • Lead the project team, ensuring the correct assignment of tasks to resources based on their competence and seniority.
  • Adhere to project management standards and business conduct guidelines.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Building Automation.
  • Basic knowledge of main technical standards (CEI, UNI, ISO, EN).
  • Background in Automation Systems and technical aspects, focusing on Building Automation, Fire Safety, Access Control, CCTV, and Intrusion.
  • Experience in Pharma VM and GMP Standards is a plus.
  • Knowledge of IT principles in networking, VPN, firewalls, IT security, virtualization, and remote connection.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as negotiation and communication skills.
  • Available for business travel.
  • Passion for continuous growth and learning.
  • Respect and appreciation for diversity, willingness to co-create and share knowledge.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.
  • Eligibility to work in Italy.
