Real Estate Structured Finance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Structured Finance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Commercial Real Estate Division, you will be responsible for underwriting and structuring commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modeling. You will also assist in the structuring and execution of real estate commercial mortgage loans, participate in the distribution of commercial mortgage loans through the syndication market, and monitor deals in the book.
Key Responsibilities- Underwrite and structure commercial real estate structured finance transactions, including leading cashflow modeling
- Assist in the structuring and execution of real estate commercial mortgage loans
- Participate in the distribution of commercial mortgage loans through the syndication market
- Monitor deals in the book
- Bachelor/Master degree from a top-ranked business and/or engineering college
- At least 1-2 years' experience in Structured financing in banks, insurers, and/or private equity funds
- Professional command of MS Office
- Understanding of the loan market, its dynamics, and the related instruments
- Capacity to generate pitch material that is clear, structured, compelling, and comprehensive
