Job Title: Inside Sales – Analyst

Job Summary:

ADECCO ITALIA S.p.A. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales – Analyst to join our team. As an Inside Sales – Analyst, you will be responsible for managing post-sales projects with clients, conducting market analysis, and developing strategies to improve customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Post-Sales Project Management: Manage post-sales projects with clients to ensure timely delivery and high-quality results.
  2. Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  3. Customer Satisfaction: Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention.
  4. Reporting and Data Analysis: Create detailed reports and analyze data to track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
  5. Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping, using SAP software.

Requirements:

  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
  2. Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Sales or Inside Sales role.
  3. Language Skills: Fluent English (B2 level) and Italian.
  4. Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with Salesforce and Power BI.

What We Offer:

  1. Contract Type: Fixed-term or indefinite contract based on experience.
  2. Salary: CCNL Commecio, III Level, RAL 28/30K.
  3. Bonus: Variable bonus of 5-10%.
  4. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, flexible hours (8:00 am - 10:00 am and 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm).
  5. Work-Life Balance: 2 days in the office and 3 days in Smart Working.

Location: Milano, viale Monza (accessible by Metro Rossa or Lilla).

Job Type: Full-time
