Job Title: Project Planner

About the Role:

Our client, Michael Page International Italia S.R.L., is seeking a highly organized and precise Project Planner to join their team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for planning and tracking project costs, estimating costs accurately, and maintaining project schedules to ensure all deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and track project costs to ensure adherence to the budget.
  • Estimate costs accurately to assist in project planning and resource allocation.
  • Maintain project schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.
  • Keep project resources on track, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Provide regular project updates, highlighting progress and any potential issues.
  • Support the team in strategic planning, identifying both long-term goals and short-term wins.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English.
  • Highly organized and precise, with a strong ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, respect deadlines, and manage budgets.
  • Demonstrated ability in both forward strategic thinking and identifying short-term wins.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated experience in project planning and management.
