Securitisation Expert

We are seeking an intern to join our European Securitisation team based in Milan, as part of our Global Banking Division - Distribution and Credit Solution. This role offers the chance to work on securitisation transactions for performing loans portfolios originated by Italian financial institutions.

• Support the team in origination, advisory, structuring, placement, and financing of securitisation transactions.
• Analyse portfolio data depending on asset characteristics.
• Conduct market research and industry review projects for new asset classes, structures, and jurisdictions.
• Prepare pitchbooks for clients, marketing presentations for investors, term sheets, and rating agency materials.

• Student or Graduate in Engineering, Business School, or University with a specialization in Finance.
• Financial background and fluency in English and Italian.
• Quantitative background and ability to work with big data files and databases.

A 6-month internship with the possibility of renewal. You will be integrated into our teams, learning from experts and developing your skills in a dynamic context. Our team is composed of thirty people around Europe, working closely with internal and external teams.
