Job Overview

Auberge Resorts Collection is seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Collegio Alla Querce. As a key member of our F&B team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, and wine, while providing outstanding customer service.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our beverage menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and pairing suggestions.
  • Assist guests with beverage ordering, preparation, and presentation, ensuring a consistently high level of quality and presentation.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create an exceptional guest experience, responding to feedback and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

  • One year of experience in the foodservice industry, preferably in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, beer, and wine, with a passion for mixology and beverage innovation.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Able to obtain relevant certifications, such as food handlers or alcohol training, as required by state and local regulations.
