Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Marposs S.p.A. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for coordinating and documenting technician trips, drafting offers and quotations for technical interventions and instrument repairs, and providing exceptional customer service support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate all documentation related to technician trips, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Draft and finalize offers and quotations for technical interventions and instrument repairs, taking into account customer requirements and technical specifications
  • Provide exceptional customer service support, responding to customer inquiries and resolving service-related issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless coordination of technician trips and efficient resolution of customer issues
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and technical advancements, applying this knowledge to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • High school degree or equivalent
  • Experience in managing a team of technicians, with a proven track record of successful coordination and documentation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, technicians, and other stakeholders
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in main applications in Windows environment, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Good spoken and written English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
