Job Summary

IRCA Group is seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Specialist to support the company's maintenance activities at its headquarters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical maintenance and a proven track record of ensuring the smooth operation of industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
  • Identify and troubleshoot electrical issues, making repairs as needed
  • Collaborate with production teams to ensure minimal downtime and optimal equipment performance
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure compliance with company standards
  • Conduct safety inspections and report any hazards or concerns to management
Requirements
  • Technical education in electrical maintenance or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a leadership role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including circuit analysis and troubleshooting
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
