Store Activator

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Store Activator to join our team in Lecco. As a Store Activator, you will be responsible for managing and developing designated sales territories, ensuring effective coverage of all agreed outlets, and maintaining and growing Perfect Store standards.

1. Effective coverage of all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner.
2. Management and development of designated sales territory.
3. Maintenance and growth of Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging.
4. Building quality relationships with stores stakeholders through effective communication.
5. Influencing decision makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals.
6. Stock management, ensuring a fair stock level to secure a proper range availability and visibility to our consumers.
7. POS management, securing (and where possible, improving) the agreed in-store presence of Red Bull.
8. Administration and reporting, measurement, tracking, and audit of key in-store metrics with specific digital tools.

• Growth mindset and proactive approach.
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment.
• Experience in FMCG is a plus.
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Valid driving license.
