Job Title: Execution Performance Manager

Thales Alenia Space is seeking a highly skilled Execution Performance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with suppliers for the delivery of products, from contract signature to product delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage supplier activities according to Statement of Work (SOW) and Surveillance Plan, relying on Thales best practices
  • Lead the relationship with the supplier all along the execution of the contract for all matters related to the supplied products (technical, industrial, planning, Quality, contractual)
  • Manage supplier progress status and formalize change requests through contractual Change Control Notices (CCNs) with the supplier and in cooperation with the Category Buyer
  • Coordinate with Projects and suppliers performance through formal reviews all along the contract
  • Implement actions to early detect technical, quality or planning risks or issues which may impact TAS programmes schedule or Cost of Non Quality
  • Provide internal clients and Central Functions with regular technical, planning, risk & opportunities, costs status and forecast information, using JV tools (mainly SAP)
  • Manage all formal reviews all along the contract (EQSR, PDR, CDR, TRR, TRB, DRB,...)
Requirements:
  • Strong project management skills
  • Solid technical background in development of electronic units
  • Positive experience of supplier relationship management
  • Fluent in English
