**Job Description:**

Zimmer Biomet is seeking a skilled Clinical and Robotics Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical sales and experience with robotics or advanced equipment.

The ROSA Clinical Specialist plays a critical role in building the utilization of the ROSA system, executing successful programs, and providing initial clinical support. They will facilitate the on-boarding of hospital teams for switch from conventional to robotic-assisted procedures using the ROSA system.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing subject matter expertise for the ROSA robotic system and procedure expertise in multidisciplinary fields such as Neurosurgery and Orthopedic procedures.
  • Supporting ROSA robotics promotional and educational activities, including on-site support at educational congresses and local and country cluster promotional and educational activities.
  • Leading surgical teams through training pathways designed to educate and train surgeons, OR staff, sterilization, and radiology on the ROSA robotic system.
  • Developing hospital-specific multi-disciplinary plans to successfully complete on-boarding episodes, increase robotic-assisted surgery procedures, and develop follow-up sales opportunities.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

  • A Master's degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Clinical sales experience or stages in medical companies.
