Job Description

As a Musketeer Sales and Marketing Professional, you will be responsible for expanding the distribution of Red Bull products in various sectors such as corporate canteens, university campuses, industrial sites, and vending machines. You will work closely with the National Key Account Team to ensure the visibility and availability of our products.

  1. You will analyze customer potential and develop optimal tour planning strategies to meet targets and goals for each distribution channel. Your focus will be on winning new customers across these different areas.

  2. In your region, you will serve as a reliable and knowledgeable partner for decision makers, Beverage Managers. You will establish and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and business partners to drive mutual business growth and strengthen their affinity for the Red Bull brand and product portfolio.

  3. You will identify opportunities and turn them into effective sales and marketing initiatives. Leverage your impressive communication skills, sales, and marketing abilities to drive Red Bull sales in On Premise, adding value to both Red Bull's and the customer's business.

  4. You will have established contacts in the hospitality industry and gastronomy, or be able to make them quickly and smoothly. You are open, extroverted, and not afraid to approach people.

  5. Experience in the beverage industry, gastronomy, hospitality, marketing, sales, or as your own boss is an advantage.

  6. You will have flexibility and autonomy in your work.

  7. You are comfortable in various social, economic, and cultural situations and treat all people as equals. Strong communicator.

  8. You possess commercial acumen, understanding sales processes, strategic and innovative commercial awareness, and analytical skills (planning and negotiation).

  9. You will travel extensively (90-100%) for this role.
