We are seeking a seasoned Business Development professional to lead our team in Italy. As VP of Business Development & Growth, you will be responsible for developing and executing a local BD strategy that drives measurable results and supports the overall success of our Italy Group.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of hunting, leading, and closing sales opportunities. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a network of prospects and driving value-driven sales growth
  • Managing multiple channel selling strategies, including relationship selling, solution selling, consultative selling, and social selling
  • Being the trusted advisor for our clients and prospects, attending events, and raising awareness of our value proposition
  • Winning sales accounts and logos in line with our commercial guidelines
  • Presenting and consulting with colleagues on business trends and developing new sales services and products

Requirements include 5+ years of hunting experience, 5+ years of BFSI expertise, and a consultative mindset. If you have a passion for finding solutions and a real appetite for deal origination, we want to hear from you.
