The objective of Vertiv's Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is to cultivate the next generation of Finance Leaders by nurturing fresh talent in the industry. Participants will gain exposure to various aspects of the business through a rotational role format, receive professional guidance from a designated Mentor, and engage in both internal and external program collaboration. Throughout this program, FLDP participants will undertake several roles within the organization, gaining experience, managing key responsibilities, enhancing leadership capabilities, and interacting with top-tier leadership.

Program Structure
The FLDP offers recent graduates a chance to acquire practical experience in diverse areas of Finance within a global, multi-billion-dollar enterprise.

The program comprises three one-year rotations across different financial disciplines, including:

  • Financial Planning & Analysis
  • Manufacturing/Plant Accounting
  • Controllership Group
  • GBS Financial Services
  • Internal Audit
  • Tax

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate for this program will be an enthusiastic individual who thrives on challenges, welcomes change, and is keen to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Additional preferred qualifications include:

  • Experience in Finance internships
  • Recent graduate in Finance or Accounting
  • Capability to formulate and communicate general strategies and detailed operational plans
  • Strong analytical abilities
  • Proven history of fulfilling commitments and collaborating effectively with colleagues outside the Finance domain
  • Proficiency in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, Oracle, Hyperion Financial Management, and other financial software applications

Essential Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Relevant internship experience and/or up to one year of experience is preferred
