Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Industrial Manufacturing Specialist to join our team. As an Industrial Manufacturing Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the design intent and integrity of products assembled in production areas.
Your key responsibilities will include implementing adaptations on processes and manufacturing workstations for existing products by improving industrial performance. You will also be involved in specifying and quoting new line architectures and industrial scenarios to meet Safety/Quality/Lead Times and productivity requirements.
You will participate in SIM2 of your sector(s) and address necessary actions to quickly remove barriers. Additionally, you will manage capacities vs workload balance with dedicated tools (iQ simulation, CAMA, ERP) in internal and external lines.
You will optimize Lead Times and assure capacity of the lines. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of new products (producible, feasible). You will study the feasibility & profitability of investments adapted to the needs.
You will qualify means and processes, in plant but also at suppliers' location. You will pilot new productions ramp-up and act as a key actor in the digital transformation of the plant by being the Key User of one or more manufacturing digital tools (MES, WMS, IIoT, technical process, Cobot).
You will be accountable for the OT Cybersecurity in the plant and for industrialization process. You will manage all activities to improve cyber resilience in the plant. You will protect the OT network from cyber threats and manage Cybersecurity Performance of the site.
