Adecco Italia SpA, per la divisione Permanent Recruitment, ricerca un/a:

HR Recruiter (Stage Extra Curriculare – Ricerca & Selezione)

In affiancamento e in supporto alla figura senior, si dovrà occupare delle seguenti attività:

  • Gestire l'intero processo di reclutamento, dalla pubblicazione degli annunci alla selezione dei candidati
  • Collaborare con i responsabili delle diverse aree aziendali per comprendere le esigenze di personale e definire i requisiti delle posizioni aperte
  • Utilizzare strumenti e piattaforme di recruiting per identificare e contattare potenziali candidati
  • Condurre interviste telefoniche e in presenza per valutare le competenze dei candidati
  • Elaborare report e statistiche sul processo di reclutamento per monitorare l'efficacia delle strategie adottate
  • Presentazione dei candidati ai responsabili di funzione delle aziende clienti
  • Mantenere un database aggiornato di candidati qualificati per future opportunità di lavoro

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea in discipline sociali, umanistiche, psicologia
  • Passione e interesse per il mondo HR
  • Predisposizione consulenziale/commerciale
  • Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office, Internet Explorer e Outlook
  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
  • Otte doti relazionali, orientamento al risultato, pianificazione e organizzazione, propositività

Sede di lavoro: Genova

Previsto rimborso spese mensile più ticket restaurant.
