  1. Operational Management:
    - Oversee the daily operations of the spa, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and maintenance of facilities.
    - Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for guests and staff.
    - Manage the spa's budget, controlling expenses and ensuring profitability.

  2. Guest Experience:
    - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by consistently providing exceptional service.

  6. Inventory and Supply Management:
