Job Title: Construction Manager

Are you a seasoned Construction Manager with a proven track record of overseeing complex EPC projects? Do you have a passion for renewable energy and a desire to work in Italy? We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Construction Manager for a 15-month contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee EPC contractors and ensure adherence to project timelines
  • Act as the primary communication link between the Owner and contractors
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and project quality requirements
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols, ensure environmental compliance, and manage incident response and investigations
  • Monitor the project budget and identify cost overruns
  • Represent the Owner's interests on site and manage relationships with local communities and stakeholders
  • Review and approve technical designs and provide problem-solving assistance to contractors
  • Oversee commissioning and testing, ensure smooth handover of the completed project to the operational team

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5+ years in Construction Management, with a proven track record of managing complex EPC projects
  • Fluency in Italian for all written and verbal communications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, being able to convey technical information clearly and concisely to various stakeholders
  • Clear understanding and knowledge of HSE
  • Proficiency in quality control and compliance
  • Effective progress tracking and reporting abilities
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
