Your Key Responsibilities:- Account Management: Manage key accounts for fleet customers in Italy, leveraging Goodyear's Total Mobility modular offer to drive efficiency and sustainability.
- Relationship Building: Foster and maintain robust business relationships with key stakeholders within large and medium-sized fleets in Italy, showcasing the benefits of Goodyear's Total Mobility.
- Solution Selling: Utilize your expertise to align Goodyear's products, services, and Total Mobility offer with customer sustainability and efficiency objectives.
- Problem-Solving: Address customer issues effectively, leveraging the flexibility of Goodyear's Total Mobility offer to provide innovative solutions and enhance overall satisfaction.
- Consulting: Collaborate with fleet clients in Italy to identify areas for improvement in their operations, leveraging Goodyear's Total Mobility offer to provide expert consultancy and drive sustainability and efficiency.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing and potential clients in Italy, promoting the advantages of Goodyear's Total Mobility for comprehensive fleet management.
- Bachelor's degree in business economics or equivalent practical experience.
- Proven track record in fleet management, sales of tires, sales of Telematics, B2B account management, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of solution selling, with a focus on finding the right balance of products, services, and solutions to meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive client relationships.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement and propose effective solutions.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented with a focus on exceeding targets and goals.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
