Job Opportunity

Bulgari Distribuzione Srl. is seeking a highly skilled Accountant Specialist to join its Leather Goods & Accessories Business Unit in Florence.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, with experience in managing book-keeping operations, accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, and ensure timely and accurate financial processes.
  • Monitor and control the effectiveness of key controls to guarantee proper accounting management, respecting local laws and Group accounting principles.
  • Ensure the issue and registration of all fiscal documents related to the company's main businesses, services, purchases, etc.
  • Prepare and book treasury transactions on a timely basis and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist in research and resolution of all types of accounting issues.
  • Ensure proper accounting administrative activities in meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Economics or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Experience applying quantitative data analysis.
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office tools, SAP knowledge and experience a plus.
  • Fluent in English is an advantage.
