Product Introduction Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Product Introduction Manager to join our team at EssilorLuxottica Group.
As a key member of our Operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful introduction of new products into our manufacturing process. This will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment of our New Product Introduction strategy, identifying and resolving critical issues, and analyzing and transferring knowledge to production teams.
Key Responsibilities- Drive alignment of New Product Introduction strategy with internal stakeholders
- Identify and resolve critical issues through collaboration with Technical Office, Quality, Tooling Engineering, Production, and Product Office
- Analyze and understand critical issues seen on first samples and transfer knowledge to production teams
- Evaluate deficiencies in work cycles, define alternatives, plan trial runs, and evaluate conformity of components and frames
- Brainstorm with Technical Office to anticipate issues before mass production
- Understand and overview the gate stage process of components and frames
- Review APQP to ensure producibility of frames in departments
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 4 years of experience in a complex environment
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Strong entrepreneurial mindset, proactive, and inspiring to others
- Problem-solving skills, with a focus on solutions rather than problems
- Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Strong facilitation and communication skills
