About the RoleThe Regional Market Access Specialist will play a key role in supporting the launch of new products by building tools and resources such as value dossiers, budget impact models, and payer strategies. This will involve collaborating with the national Market Access team and the Regional Market Access Manager to develop a comprehensive Regional Market Access Plan.
Key Responsibilities- Support the Regional Market Access Manager in launching new products by building tools and resources such as value dossiers, budget impact models, and payer strategies.
- Collaborate with the national Market Access team to develop a comprehensive Regional Market Access Plan.
- Participate in inter-functional teams to gather input and needs from the organization and translate them into regional access activities.
- Work with the manager on regional Market Access projects/activities, presence and visibility at congresses, and collaborations with relevant scientific societies (e.g. SIFO, SIFACT, SIF).
- Prepare promotional materials for the RAM.
- Participate in congresses.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, economics, or a scientific field.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good knowledge of the Office package (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Ability to communicate and present in an inter-functional environment.
- Excellent relational and collaboration skills.
- Transversal skills: positive attitude, precision, curiosity, proactive and results-oriented approach.
