Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team at Kraft Heinz. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by analyzing and improving HR processes and systems. Your expertise will help us make data-driven decisions, optimize labor costs, and enhance our overall HR function.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as the primary data expert for HR data, extracting and analyzing data sets from key systems (ADP, Workday).
  2. Develop and maintain dashboards to monitor weekly and monthly HR KPIs, providing actionable insights to leadership.
  3. Conduct absenteeism analysis, identifying trends and providing recommendations for improvement.
  4. Lead Process Development and Control Activities (PDCA) exercises as needed.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for HR-related data, providing data-driven inputs to the HR function, Line Management, Leadership Team, and Site Manager.
  6. Develop and maintain labor cost forecasts, ensuring data accuracy and alignment with company strategy.
  7. Support the monitoring and investigation of PHR-related spends, ensuring compliance and optimizing resource allocation.
  8. Ensure accurate and timely labor cost reporting within the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cycle.
  9. Partner with managers to guarantee execution adherence and optimal holiday planning.
  10. Lead Reward and Compensation processes and activities, ensuring analysis and recommendations are aligned with P&P Lead and People Managers.
  11. Develop and maintain job descriptions and training matrices, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  12. Support HR on all people initiatives and projects, ensuring data-driven decision making.
  13. Provide proactive support, coaching, and guidance on employee relations issues, ensuring manager support and compliance.
  14. Ensure employee data accuracy and GDPR compliance, acting as the primary Workday expert and HR Transact and GBS Point of Contact at the site level.
  15. Drive digital transformation initiatives, participating in and leading digitalization projects as needed.

Requirements

This role requires a Master's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent. Advanced knowledge of Italian elements of people budgeting and labor cost drivers is essential. A postgraduate specialization in HR with a focus on budgeting and labor cost or equivalent experience is highly desirable. Fluency in Italian and English is required. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of HR Finance working experience and a proven track record of driving business growth through data-driven decision making.
