Customer Engagement Specialist

Synergie Italia S.p.a. is seeking a highly skilled Customer Engagement Specialist to join its team in Milan.

• Develop and implement customer engagement strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Customer Engagement and Commercial Projects team to plan and execute events, workshops, and marketing campaigns.
• Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze results to inform business decisions.
• Provide support for commercial projects and coordinate the development and implementation of customer-facing systems.
• Publish news and updates on social media and the company website.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in customer engagement and marketing, preferably in a structured corporate environment.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of English.
• Strong customer service and stakeholder management skills.
• Desirable knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and graphic design principles.
• Curiosity about new trends in digital communication.
• Ability to work in a team, be reliable, and precise.

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, in Milan.

Initial fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal, subject to the Energy and Petroleum Collective Labour Agreement (CCNL Energia e Petrolio).
