Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and optimize injection molding systems to meet business requirements
  • Manage the execution of validation activities for new molded components and assemblies
  • Lead cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related problems and implement corrective actions
  • Research and evaluate new molding and extrusion suppliers and processes
  • Develop and optimize injection molding systems to meet business requirements
  • Lead the development of improvement plans and requirements for capacity expansion and future mold generations
  • Coordinate manufacturing acceptance of new molds and processes in regular production
  • Coordinate Design for Manufacturing (DFM) assessments and definition of manufacturing requirements for new products

Requirements

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and projects
  • Expertise in mold and extrusion tooling specifications, design, and construction
  • Experience in writing and executing molding equipment validations and process validations
  • Hands-on experience with molding machines in production environments
  • Statistical analysis knowledge, including Design of Experiments (DOE)
  • Experience managing new products and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in developing creative solutions
  • Passion for technology and innovation
