At Miu Miu, we're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Management Professional to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for logistics and a keen eye for detail.


Job Purpose:


This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and store operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining accurate records.


Responsibilities:



  • Manage inventory levels and track stock movements
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure timely shipments
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and receipts
  • Collaborate with store teams to ensure efficient stock management and inventory control
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Participate in physical and cycle inventories to ensure accuracy and accuracy
  • Support the management of warehouse activities related to sales and customer service
  • Ensure security and cleanliness of the warehouse
  • Support the inventory management team in optimizing and rationalizing available spaces
  • Collaborate with visual merchandising teams to ensure effective inventory display and stock management
  • Maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics providers
  • Update and maintain inventory records in our IT system
  • Comply with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures

Requirements:


We're looking for someone with similar experience in inventory management, preferably in the luxury fashion industry. Fluency in English is expected, and other languages are desirable. A high sense of responsibility and the ability to work independently and as part of a team are essential for this role.
