The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Digital Marketing & Events Team in Monza, Italy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping our digital strategy and driving business growth through impactful marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance process efficiency and drive business growth
  • Provide expert support to Business Solution Teams and Squads in leveraging digital communication tools to drive impactful marketing campaigns
  • Equip teams with the skills and knowledge needed to maximize the potential of available Digital Marketing tools
  • Lead the launch of innovative projects and pilots that address marketing and business needs through cutting-edge digital solutions
  • Oversee the management of Roche's business websites, ensuring they align with the latest digital best practices and business objectives
Requirements
  • University degree in Marketing, Communication, or Digital Marketing
  • 3-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing department or communication agencies
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in Italian and English
  • Ability to write and deliver training courses and materials
  • Open to and interested in the use of new digital tools and new ways of working
