Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Digital Project Manager to join our team at Amplifon. As a key member of our Global Digital Lead Generation Team, you will be responsible for optimizing and enhancing the online presence of our organization on a global scale.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage project scope and timelines
  • Coordinate and monitor suppliers activities
  • Work with relevant IT and company stakeholders to ensure website and digital evolutions can progress properly
  • Collect and organize the demand from countries and other relevant stakeholders
  • Monitor Quality Assurance processes
  • Define functional and technical requirements for new functionalities

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of hands-on experience in coordinating CMS developments, with a track record of planning and managing complex activities
  • Fluent in English, both written and oral
  • IT and digital background, with knowledge of standard and headless CMS architectures
  • Knowledge of and experience on agile methodologies
  • Appreciated experience with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms (AEM, Analytics, Target)
  • Knowledge of A/B testing and conversion optimization strategies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Masters degree in STEM field, marketing, or related field
