About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Management Assistant to support our PDS projects at Thermo Fisher Scientific. This role will be responsible for providing administrative support to senior project managers, facilitating positive interactions among team members, and managing conflicts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft minutes, send agendas, and draft change controls to support project management activities
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among team members
  • Archive project documentation to ensure easy access and compliance
  • Draft proposals for changes of scope and project expansions based on guidelines from technical teams

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biological Sciences, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint) and Internet skills
  • Prior experience in a Pharmaceutical background or R&D company is preferred
  • Fluency in English language
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including active listening, effective message delivery, empathy, and a proactive attitude
