Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Associate Engineer to join our team at Johnson & Johnson. As a key member of our Maintenance Department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Preventive Maintenance Management: Schedule, follow-up, and complete preventive maintenance activities in collaboration with Maintenance SPVs and technicians.
- Maintenance Support: Provide technical support to maintenance technicians, including root cause problem solving, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
- Quality Issue Corrections: Support investigations, document reviews, and technical assessments from a maintenance standpoint.
- EHS Support: Participate in EHS investigations and contribute to the implementation of corrective actions.
- Financial Work Orders Management: Manage and track work orders to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical environment.
- Master's degree in Engineering (preferred) or other relevant degree.
- Strong problem-solving and priority-setting skills.
- Ability to lead technical issues with cross-functional team members in a complex matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent in Italian and English (B2 level and above).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of SAP and TrackWise systems.
- Knowledge of Lean tools (Yellow/Green Belt).
