Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our Milan office. In this role, you will be working closely with our Senior Business Development Managers to proactively identify and contact new prospects from multiple sources including databases, events, and partnerships.
Your primary responsibility will be to directly prospect new opportunities by using sales enablement tools such as Salesforce.com and ZoomInfo. You will also achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as revenue and appointment setting targets.
You will work closely with the Senior Business Development managers, Industry leads, and Head of Sales to prospect new and existing contacts.
In addition, you will manage the lead allocation pipeline to the sales team on a daily basis and use commercial awareness to demonstrate and promote ideal solutions for potential clients.
You should have similar experiences in a sales role, ideally used to making outbound calls. Prior experience in Foreign Exchange is advantageous.
Fluency in English & Italian is required, and financial services experience is ideal. Strong organizational skills and effective time management are essential.
You will also need experience within Microsoft Office Suite and sales tools such as Salesforce.
