A prominent player in the fintech sector, specializing in trading, risk management, and processing solutions for capital markets, is seeking an IT End Support Officer to enhance their operational capabilities.

Role Summary
The selected candidate will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance to employees, both in-office and remote. This position requires a university degree and up to five years of relevant experience in IT support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Install, configure, and upgrade Windows operating systems and software on end-user workstations.
  • Replace and maintain hardware components, including workstations, laptops, and peripherals.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to email, network connectivity, and user devices.
  • Coordinate with external support vendors to resolve technical issues.
  • Provide support for telephony systems and mobile devices.
  • Manage user accounts in Active Directory, including disk encryption and antivirus solutions.
  • Assist users with Citrix and VPN connectivity.
  • Contribute to the development of documentation to streamline operations.
  • Adhere to established procedures and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with various IT teams to address incidents effectively.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in support shift coverage.
  • Engage in discussions and presentations aimed at infrastructure improvement.

Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Up to five years of experience in service desk support within a Windows environment.
  • Familiarity with endpoint management systems such as SCCM, Microsoft Windows 10-11, and Office 365.
  • Experience utilizing service desk ticketing systems for incident management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  • Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal; proficiency in French is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with vendor support.
  • Willingness to travel internationally on occasion.
