Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical knowledge and best practices to provide evidence-based care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Current California RN license.
- CPR and ACLS certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Experience working in a healthcare setting, preferably in a similar role.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare policies and procedures.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
