We're seeking an exceptional Assistant Store Manager, Experience to join our team at Canada Goose Holdings Inc. This is a unique opportunity to work with a world-renowned brand and contribute to our mission of inspiring and enabling people to thrive in the world outside.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining high-quality customer service, creating an outstanding experience, and driving store performance. They will work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets, drive customer engagement, and implement CRM initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets, including top and bottom-line results, and drive Net Promoter Score (NPS) and other selling and service metrics
  • Ensure implementation of CRM initiatives to develop a clientele network and analyze results
  • Drive location's Units per Transaction (UPT) by introducing new and underperforming categories
  • Elevate customer experiences through hosting in-store events and introducing emerging categories
  • Resolve common customer issues and train teammates in product knowledge, brand history, and effective storytelling

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience
  • Previous experience working with affluent and luxury brands in high-traffic locations
  • Experience with CRM tools and processes
  • Excellent analytical skills and retail math/metrics knowledge
  • Strong business sense and keen attention to detail
