We're looking for a talented Marketing Director who will report directly to the CEO and lead our marketing efforts to drive growth within the legal services industry. The primary goal is to develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with eSentio's overall business objectives.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Oversee all aspects of marketing, including branding, content creation, digital marketing, and public relations.
  • Lead a small marketing team to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage the overall marketing budget and demonstrate a strong return on investment for marketing activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
  • Stay current with the latest marketing trends and technologies, particularly within the B2B and professional services space.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry contacts and potential clients.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience in a professional services environment, preferably in the legal vertical or law firm sector.
  • Previous experience working as a marketing director or equivalent.
  • Experience developing and managing an organization's marketing strategy.
  • Experience with constructing and managing a marketing budget.
  • Experience managing rebranding initiatives.
  • Content marketing expertise, including written, visual, and digital content creation.
  • A strong understanding of the legal technology professional services industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
