We're seeking a skilled Molecular Steward to support the deployment of Technical Agenda initiatives in the Parenteral Area of Sesto Manufacturing Site.

The ideal candidate will work in coordination with production process teams and laboratories, providing technical support and managing product-related aspects in Technology Transfer projects and Tech Agenda Site projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present periodic reports on product/process validation status.
  • Provide technical support to production process teams and laboratories in case of chemical-physical issues.
  • Manage product-related aspects in Technology Transfer projects and Tech Agenda Site projects.
  • Coordinate periodic activities, draft, and present final conclusions.
  • Participate in GPLOT meetings and interact with network figures, representing the Sesto site for the development of common projects and resolution of complex problems.
  • Draft scientific studies on specific topics related to the process and/or product.
  • Contribute to the creation and updating of registration dossiers in collaboration with the Regulatory team.
  • Manage process validation activities.
  • Provide mentorship to PT members on the production lines of the followed products.

Basic Requirements:

  • Master's degree in scientific fields (e.g., Chemistry, Biology, CTF).
  • PhD preferred.
  • Deep knowledge of Biochemistry.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Experience working in complex teams.
  • Skills in data analysis and statistics.
  • Ability to write scientific documents.
