Job Description

We are currently looking for a Head of Administration - Finance Controlling to support our entity in Milan, Italy. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating the Accounting team related to the departments' responsibilities
  • Driving financial controlling and management reporting
  • Maintaining the financial records within the existing ERP system
  • Processing of the daily accounting business and cash flow management
  • Coordination of topics related to insurance policies, payroll, and audit management
  • Working closely and cooperatively with the Head Office Finance Team in Hamburg
  • Contact for tax consultants, auditors, banks, and insurance companies
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A degree in Economics, Business, or equivalent education
  • Several years of professional experience in Finance, Controlling, and Administration
  • An analytical mindset and strategic skills
  • Confident handling of SAP
  • Flexibility, talent for coordinating different areas of responsibility, self-confidence, and solution-orientation
  • Team player with good communication skills in Italian and English
