We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Quality Technical Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the highest quality standards are met for our customers.
- Collaborate with the Customer Quality Manager to develop and implement quality strategies.
- Support the customer quality team in investigating and resolving customer complaints.
- Contribute to the development of investigation reports and RCA analysis.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose initiatives to reduce warranty costs.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
What You'll Bring
- Relevant experience in a similar role, preferably in an electrical or mechanical engineering context.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Italian and English.
- A willingness to travel for business purposes.
