Job Summary

Mastercard is seeking a seasoned Product Management professional to lead the development and deployment of our Token Authentication Solutions. As a key member of our Global Product team, you will be responsible for driving the evolution of our product solutions to meet the changing needs of our customers and the market.

About the Role

The Manager, Product Management will play a critical role in identifying opportunities to enhance our authentication solutions, partnering with industry players to stay ahead of the curve, and consolidating feedback from our passkey implementations to inform product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze the competitive landscape and latest developments on FIDO passkeys to identify new opportunities and evolve our authentication solutions
  • Partner with industry players to identify new trends or technologies that could improve our product solutions
  • Consolidate feedback from our passkey implementations to identify areas for improvement
  • Take accountability for the delivery of key product enhancements and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver
  • Drive institutionalized knowledge with the delivery of clear product documentation
  • Provide product expertise to internal and external customers
Requirements
  • Master's degree or foreign equivalent with technical background
  • Tech savvy, quick learner, with experience in driving initiatives in complex and dynamic business environments
  • Strong product ownership experience in the payment or technology industry, having already brought successfully new products or solutions to market
  • Strong ability to effectively and proactively build partnerships with industry partners
  • Strong ability to understand the needs and objectives of internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, comfortable articulating narratives and presenting to various levels of management
