About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Assistant to join our dynamic brand team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and implementing effective marketing campaigns, managing social media channels, and analyzing consumer behavior. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion
  2. Manage and maintain social media presence across multiple platforms
  3. Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency

Requirements:
  1. 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles and theories
  3. Excellent communication and project management skills
  4. Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics software
