Safety Officer

FPC Italia, a leading company in the field of special technologies applied to the construction world, is seeking a highly skilled Safety Officer to join our team.

As a Safety Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees and contractors on construction sites. You will work closely with the QSE Director to implement and maintain a safe working environment, in compliance with Legislative Decree 81/08.

• Develop and implement safety policies and procedures
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor safety conditions
• Provide training and information to employees and contractors on safety procedures
• Draft and submit reports on occupational health and safety
• Manage and organize training courses for employees

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A degree in Engineering or a related field
• Previous experience in a safety role, preferably in the industrial or construction sector
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and organizational skills
