Key Responsibilities

  • Be the QA/QC reference within an assigned Scrum Team, participating in all events.
  • Understand product requirements and prepare test cases and checklists for software validation.
  • Support the Product Owner and UX-UI Team in identifying corner cases, missing requirements, and providing usability feedback.
  • Design and execute functional testing on the software product increment, working closely with developers.
  • Verify that functionality does not degrade.
  • Detect, document, report, and assess encountered bugs.
  • Collaborate with the Testing Italian team on release testing.
  • Provide strong technical leadership with a focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in building engineering-architecture from a recognized institution.
  • 2+ years of professional experience, preferably as a BIM Modeler or similar.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to work out creative solutions in a problem-solving environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with increasing responsibility.
  • Good grip on structural modeling tools like AutoCAD, Revit, Tekla, and SketchUp.
  • Excellent historical memory.
  • Proficiency in English and Italian.

Nice to Have

  • Fair grip on commonly used Structural Analysis software solutions.
  • Knowledge of basic structural analysis and concrete/steel design.
  • Programming language fundamentals.
  • Experience/basics of Agile methodology and tools like TFS, Azure DevOps, or Gitlab.

  • Handles chaotic scenarios with ambition and resilience.
