Nosetta is a luxury accessory brand based in Italy, launched in 2018. We create high-end, made-in-Italy products, sourced locally, and sell direct-to-consumer globally. Our retail store is located in Como, and we have an exciting international growth plan to expand our retail store network and online sales.

The Role

We are seeking a creative, hard-working individual with a passion for content creation and social media. The role of Digital Content Creator will be to create and distribute engaging content on our website and social media platforms. Assist with the design and execution of visual materials (videos, photos, graphics, copy, etc.). Conceptualize and execute videos such as Reels or TikToks for social media.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Create and distribute content for social media, web, and press in line with the brand voice to support the brand story, product launches, and events.
  2. Benchmark and monitor communication content of competitors.
  3. Monitor trends to bring new content ideas to planning sessions.
  4. Execute photography shootings/videos (briefings, campaign, studio, etc.) according to the marketing plan.
  5. Provide graphic support on photos, presentations, and videos for social media and web content.
  6. Write blog articles and social media copy.
  7. Report and evaluate content performance to constantly improve and evolve.
  8. Sales support in our retail store and at brand events.
  9. Provide an impeccable selling experience, develop a deep knowledge of the brand story and its products, maintain visual presentation and store organization.

Requirements

  1. Photography/Graphics/Content Creation/Communication/Marketing studies.
  2. Strong Graphic, Photographic, and Video skills.
  3. High level of proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
  4. Frequent use and excellent knowledge of social media programs.
  5. Fluency in Italian and English.
  6. Professional or educational experiences abroad.

Profile

  1. Curious, ambitious, and creative individual with a strong attention to detail.
  2. Able to prioritize and multitask.
  3. Able to work independently as well as in a team.
  4. Strong communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills.
  5. High taste level and interest in fashion.
  6. Recent graduate/last year of school.
