Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Advisor to embody the Triumph brand and mission, building and strengthening relationships with our customers. As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Representing the Triumph brand and mission, promoting our values and products to customers.
- Providing excellent customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience in line with Triumph's values.
- Consistently meeting sales targets, collaborating with other sales consultants and the Store Manager to drive sales.
- Maintaining an inspiring visual representation of Triumph products in-store.
- Demonstrating passion and curiosity, leveraging product knowledge to meet customer needs.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A passion for fashion and intimate apparel.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- A curious and eager-to-learn attitude.
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer-facing roles is a plus.
- Knowledge of POS systems and/or Microsoft tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Proficiency in English language (preferable).
- Contract type (hourly/monthly): dependent on the selected profile.
- Work percentage: part-time or full-time.
