Main Activities

Responsabilità:

  • Conduct and manage the Internal Sales department;
  • Supervise the Sales Project Engineer and Project Manager teams;
  • Collaborate with the sales department to understand customer needs, define appropriate solutions, and create technical proposals based on specifications, costs, and production times;
  • Coordinate and oversee the entire life cycle of proposals and projects, from acquisition to final delivery;
  • Develop strategies and development plans, ensuring operational efficiency and resource optimization;
  • Collaborate with suppliers and external resources to ensure the availability of materials and services needed for projects, ensuring the correctness of contract terms and conditions;
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards;
  • Supervise and promote the implementation and correct use of CRM.

Requirements

Fondamentali/Must have

  • Laurea in ingegneria / studi ad indirizzo tecnico o gestionale, un master o un MBA sarà considerato un plus;
  • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, sia scritta che parlata;
  • Consolidata esperienza in aziende di produzione di macchinari complessi / impianti / linee produttive;
  • Solide competenze di leadership e capacità di gestire e motivare un team;
  • Orientamento al raggiungimento dei risultati, al rispetto dei tempi e al problem solving.

Preferenziali/Nice to have

  • Esperienza nel settore delle macchine per il settore alimentare / food processing;
  • Conoscenza delle normative di sicurezza e degli standard qualitativi nel settore alimentare.
