Key Responsibilities- Create and improve online services as part of the ER&CS initiatives with students, including analysis, benchmarking, and definition of guidelines for innovative projects.
- Collect, organize, and manage databases to support ER&CS activities.
- Conduct ad hoc analysis to support ER&CS activities, contribute to internal discussions to build insights, and integrate findings.
- Maintain and prepare effective reports to present the analysis performed.
- Master's Degree in Economics, Business Analytics, Innovation Management, or Management Engineering.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Work/study/life experience abroad or in international/multicultural contexts (at least 6 months).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Data-driven approach.
- Soft skills: good interpersonal and team working skills, analytical and critical thinking, hands-on approach, problem-solving, ability to organize and manage work timely and autonomously, self-starter with strong attention to detail.
